The basis for developing customized education is a training plan that follows the entire training cycle. Our company provides free support for the development of training plans for both individuals and expert groups:
Setting Training Goals: Support professional and human resource managers in setting training goals by analyzing available information.
Assessing the Knowledge Level of Experts Before Training: Using questionnaires and interviews, we assess the prior knowledge of the colleagues participating in the training.
Training plan development: Based on the preliminary objective and knowledge assessment, we prepare several training plan options. Special attention will be paid to cost-effectiveness and preferred forms of training. We use our various educational service options to design your training plan:
– classroom training
– digital training materials
– educational consultation
– mentoring
– development of educational material
Conducting the Training: Continuous discussion with the organizing colleagues on the optimal scheduling of training resources.
Measuring the effectiveness of training: We design a process to measure the achievement of the training objectives, which includes the level of theoretical and practical knowledge.
Follow-up: After the training, we undertake, upon request, that our experts provide consultancy support for the practical application of the knowledge gained.
